Baked Acorn Squash Blueberries


  • 4 acorn squash
  • apple finely chopped
  • 6 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 pt. Frozen Blueberries (partially thawed)
  • 8 tsp margarine
  • cup water

Cut squash in half remove seeds. Place in baking pan with lid. Spoon some berries in each half, add some apple, sprinkle with brown sugar and top with 1 tsp of margarine. Pour water into pan, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer. Serves 8.
