Baked Acorn Squash Blueberries
Ingredients:
- 4 acorn squash
- ½ apple finely chopped
- 6 tbs brown sugar
- 1 pt. Frozen Blueberries (partially thawed)
- 8 tsp margarine
- ½ cup water
Cut squash in half – remove seeds. Place in baking pan with lid. Spoon some berries in each half, add some
apple, sprinkle with brown sugar and top with 1 tsp of margarine. Pour water into pan, cover and bake at 375
degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and
cook 15 minutes longer. Serves 8.
