Blueberry Glaze


  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup water

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water. Crush cup berries and add to sugar mixture. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Biol additional two minutes or until mixture is clear. Cool. Add remaining berries.
