Blueberry Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup water

Combine sugar and cornstarch.  Stir in water.  Crush ½ cup berries and add to sugar mixture.  Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.  Biol additional two minutes or until mixture is clear.  Cool.  Add remaining berries.
