- Preheat oven to 350°
- 1 pint cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or Real Lemon)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 pint creamed cottage cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Make graham cracker layer in large spring
pan. Mix cottage cheese well in
blender, add cream cheese, a little at a time.
Add flour and sugar and remaining ingredients at low speed. Cook for 1 hour. Turn oven off. Leave in
oven an additional 2 hours. Do not open
door during 3 hour period
