Blueberry Drop Biscuits


  • 2 cups prepared biscuit mix
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • cup light cream or milk
  • Granulated sugar

Mix biscuit mix with spices. Add cream or milk all at once. Stir until just blended. Fold in blueberries. Drop by tablespoonful on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake in a hot oven (400F) for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet at once. Serve warm. Yield: 12 biscuits.
