- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 4 tbs. confectionersí sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tsp. grated orange or lemon peel
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Pound cake slices or macaroons
In medium bowl, combine blueberries, orange
or lemon peel and 1 tablespoon sugar.†
In small mixing bowl, beat the cream, remaining 3 tablespoons sugar and
vanilla until stiff.† Fold into
fruit.† To serve;† spoon over pound cake slices or
macaroons.† Yield:† 4 to 6 servings.
