Blueberry Cream Cheese Squares

Combine first set of ingredients (blueberries & cornstarch) and cook until thickened. Cool.
- 3 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cups melted butter
- 2 8 oz. packages of cream chees
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 small package of whipped cream
Combine second set of ingredients (graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter) and press into 9 by 13 pan. Reserve a little to sprinkle on top.
From the third set of ingredients: Soften the cream cheese. Gradually beat in sugar and vianilla, then fold in whipped cream. Spread half of cream chees mixture over crumb crust. Spread cooled blueberries over this and then rest of cream chees over blueberries. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill overnight.
